What currency do you charge in?
All prices, shipping fees, and refunds are in US Dollars (USD). If your card or bank is in another currency, your bank will convert at their rate when the charge is processed.
Do I pay any tax or VAT?
No. We do not collect any sales tax, VAT, or GST. The total you see at checkout is exactly: product price + $8 USD flat shipping. No surprise tax line.
Will I be charged customs duties at delivery?
Customs duties depend on your country's import rules and the value of your order. We can't control these. If your country charges import duties on incoming packages, those fees are the buyer's responsibility. Most small orders ship under the de minimis threshold and clear customs without extra charges, but this varies by country.
What kind of leather do you use?
Premium handcrafted leather, hand-selected hide by hide. We inspect every piece for grain consistency and finish before it goes onto the cutting board.
How much is shipping?
$8 USD flat rate per order, anywhere in the world. No surprise fees at checkout, no "free over $X" games - just one honest rate.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Two stages: production + shipping.
- Production: 3-5 business days (every piece is handmade to order in Da Nang).

Shipping (tracked standard delivery):
- United States: 10-15 business days
- Europe: 12-20 business days
- Rest of world: 12-20 business days depending on destination
Total time from order to arrival: roughly 13-25 days. Tracking number is sent as soon as the package leaves the workshop.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are final sale - we can't resell an item with someone else's initials stamped on it. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days if unused. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Will the leather darken over time?
Yes - that's a feature. Natural tan will turn a deep honey color within a few months. Saddle brown mellows into a warmer, richer tone. The leather is alive, and daily use is what makes it yours.
How do I care for my leather?
For the first month, let the leather live - touch it, carry it, don't baby it. After that, a light conditioner (we recommend Saphir Renovateur or similar) once or twice a year is plenty. Avoid soaking it.

Yes. Email support@mocgoods.com with your shop name (for wholesale) or what you have in mind (for custom). We take on a few projects each month.
