Shipping Policy - Moc Goods
Everything we sell is handmade to order in our workshop in Da Nang, Vietnam. Here's exactly how much shipping costs, why there's no tax line, how long your order will take, and how we ship it.
All prices and shipping fees on Moc Goods are in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will convert to your local currency at checkout if needed.
Shipping fee
$8 USD flat rate per order, to any destination worldwide. One honest price - no tiered rates, no "free over $X" thresholds, no surprise fees at checkout.
Production time
3-5 business days from the moment you place your order. Every piece is cut, stitched, edge-burnished, and personalized by hand before it ships. We don't hold pre-made stock.
Shipping method
We ship worldwide via tracked standard delivery, a tracked international courier service. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves the workshop.

Taxes, Duties & Customs
We do not collect any sales tax, VAT, or GST. The price on the product page plus the $8 USD flat shipping is the full amount you pay at our checkout. No tax line will ever be added by us.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country's authorities upon delivery. Please note:
- These charges are not included in our product prices or the $8 USD shipping fee.
- Any applicable customs duties or local import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- If an order is refused at delivery due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping and handling fees may not be refundable.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracked standard delivery tracking stops updating for more than 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at support@mocgoods.com with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We will investigate and replace or refund as appropriate.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it - but the buyer is responsible for the second $8 USD shipping fee.
