Is your leather really full-grain?
Yes. Every hide we use is full-grain, vegetable-tanned, from a closed-loop tannery. If we ever change that, we'll say so on the product page.
How much is shipping?
$8 flat rate per order, anywhere in the world. No surprise fees at checkout, no "free over $X" games — just one honest rate.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Two stages: production + shipping.
- Production: 5–7 business days (every piece is handmade to order in Da Nang).

Shipping via Yunexpress (tracked):
- United States: 10–15 business days
- Europe: 12–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days depending on destination
Total time from the moment you order to the moment it arrives: roughly 15–27 days. We'll send a tracking number as soon as the package leaves the workshop.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are final sale — we can't resell an item with someone else's initials stamped on it. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days if unused. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Will the leather darken over time?
Yes — that's a feature. Natural tan will turn a deep honey color within a few months. Saddle brown mellows into a warmer, richer tone. The leather is alive, and daily use is what makes it yours.
How do I care for my leather?
For the first month, let the leather live — touch it, carry it, don't baby it. After that, a light conditioner (we recommend Saphir Renovateur or similar) once or twice a year is plenty. Avoid soaking it.
Do you do wholesale or custom orders?
Yes. Email support@mocgoods.com with your shop name (for wholesale) or what you have in mind (for custom). We take on a few projects each month.
