- Credit & Debit Cards via PayPal Guest Checkout — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. No PayPal account required.
All prices and charges are billed in US Dollars (USD).
How Your Payment Is Protected
- We never store your card. Card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are entered on PayPal's secure page — never on Moc Goods servers.
- 256-bit SSL encryption. Every page of our checkout runs over HTTPS with TLS encryption, the same standard used by banks.
- PCI-DSS compliant processing. Payments are handled by PayPal, a PCI Level 1 certified processor regulated in the United States and European Union.
- Buyer Protection. PayPal offers dispute resolution and purchase protection if anything goes wrong with your order.
When You'll Be Charged
Your payment is authorized and captured at the moment you place your order. You will receive an email receipt from Moc Goods and a separate transaction confirmation from PayPal within minutes. Production on your key fob starts the next business day.
Payment FAQs
Do I need a PayPal account to check out?
No. At checkout, choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal screen. You can complete your order as a guest without creating an account.
Will I be charged any extra fees?
No surcharges from us. If you pay in a non-USD currency, your bank or PayPal may apply a standard currency conversion fee — that is outside our control.
Is my card information safe?
Yes. Moc Goods never receives your full card number. PayPal processes the transaction on their encrypted servers and only confirms to us whether the payment succeeded.
My payment was declined. What now?
Declined payments are usually caused by a bank security check on international transactions. Contact your card issuer to approve the charge, then retry, or pay with a different method. If it keeps failing, email support@mocgoods.com and we'll help.
Can I pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery?
Not at this time. We only accept the electronic methods listed above so every order is trackable and protected.
When can I expect my refund after a return?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we inspect the returned item. See our Refund Policy for full details.
