I love the straps I get from Mocgoods. Everything about the process, service and ultimate product is always spot on.
I have ordered four straps so far from MocGoods, and for each one there are several emails back and forth between myself and them, to ensure the order is correct. The person I deal with is Hoa, and he is simply awesome and very communicative. That type of customer service is what I pay for, and is sometimes as important as the quality of the product.
Band was awesome but took way to long to get
Hi Louis,
I am reaching out to you personally about your order #MOC1227. I understand you have been concerned that it had not arrived, and I am genuinely sorry for the worry - I would feel the same way in your shoes.
The good news is that your package is on its way and nearly there. I just checked the tracking:
It cleared US customs in Chicago on August 29.
On August 31 it was handed to the local carrier (GOFO) for final delivery to Saugus, MA.
It should reach you within the next 1 to 3 business days.
Track it live here:

If you would like a hands-on update, the local carrier can also help directly:
GOFO: +1 (949) 688-6032 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri, 11am-8pm Sat-Sun) or cs@mail.gofoexpress.com
I also want to gently reassure you: Moc Goods is a small team of real people who handcraft every strap to order in our workshop in Da Nang, and we stand behind every single order. We had not received any message from you before now, so we did not know you were waiting and worried - I am truly sorry we did not get the chance to help sooner. Our inbox at support@mocgoods.com is always open and we reply within about a day.
Here is my promise to you: if your package does not arrive within the next several business days, just reply to this email and I will personally re-ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not be out of pocket.
We would love the chance to turn this experience around for you, Louis. Thank you for your patience.
Warm regards,
The Moc Goods Team

the strap was really well made and exceeded my expectations - I highly recommend this company.
I ordered a custom strap from Moc Goods. The order process was fantastic. My custom strap was received quickly and looks awesome on my watch. Moc Goods has provided me with an excellent product at a very fair price - especially considering the 100% customization! I'll be buying more from Moc Strap!
The color of the green ostrich strap was remarkably close to the images. The quick release bars made it easy to swap out and put on. Quality is top notch. Break in time was literally a few wears. I chose the minimumal padding and was perfect for my Omega. I will definitely buy another strap.
From all the email exchanges to the actual product, I could not be more pleased.
I will order another one for my Rolex Daytona - can't wait!
Thanks so much again,
Michael Pahl
